Become an EcoReporter!

photo collage

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming an EcoReporter! As a reporter for EcoKids, we want you to write articles or create videos on local environmental activities and issues in your school and community.

Here are some things to keep in mind. Written reports can be accompanied by photographs. Video reports should be no longer than two minutes and can also be accompanied by a written article. Your parents/guardian will have to sign the photo release form and send it back to us.

Reports are to be provided in the formats specified below and can be sent either as an e-mail or on DVD to EcoKids.

Email it to ecokids@earthday.ca. Or send it by mail at:

EcoReporters, EcoKids Program Manager
111 Peter Street, suite 503
Toronto, ON
M5V 2H1

Note: To have your submission published on the EcoKids website, you MUST provide accurate supporting documentation including the Photo Permission Form (for each person that will appear in the photo or the video) and Photographer Release Form.

Once again thank you for becoming an EcoReporter. We look forward to the informative and creative EcoReports that you will produce.
