Cabot Trail
Cabot Trail, named after the famous navigator and explorer John Cabot, is one of the most beautiful scenic trails in the world. This trail passes through Cape Breton Highlands National Park as well numerous rocky landscapes and picturesque villages. You don't have to travel the entire 298 km trail by car! You can hike or bike ride, stopping along the many campgrounds and go bird or whale watching!

Sable Island
Think you can only find horses in a stable? Well, on Sable Island, located 300 km southeast of Nova Scotia, a group of wild horses live untamed by humans! They survive through the harsh winters and hot summers on their own. Back in the old days, Sable Island was known as the "Graveyard of the Atlantic" because a lot of shipwrecks happened nearby. In fact, since 1583 there have been 350 shipwrecks! With its fascinating history, this place is sure to be very interesting to visit.
