Judging the Contest
We recommend:
- That the contest be judged in categories of grade levels (this will make it easier on judging and allows each grade to feel a sense as opposed to junior, intermediate and senior.
- Having 3 judges to prevent any perceptions of favouritism.
- Inviting principals, school administration staff, city councillors, members of the community, or even an air quality specialist from Environment Canada to be judges.
- Using the Judges' Tally Sheet provided. It will make the judging process and compiling the results easier.
